display configuration

the display configuration is managed by arandr. a menu entry is present in every livarp session.

if you use multiple screens, a detection script dualdetect.sh is located in your $ HOME/bin/. it starts simple xrandr commands to configure your second screen (edit depending on your configuration).after editing the script, you have to launch it from your ~/.xinitrc by uncomment the appropriate line.
